Cexorer is an information and analytics service that helps users monitor deposit and withdrawal availability across centralized exchanges and provides related data, including fees, minimum amounts, event history, availability charts, alerts, and selected forecast outputs.
1. Service Purpose
Cexorer is provided for informational purposes only. It is not an exchange, broker, payment institution, custodian, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or trade execution venue.
No information available through Cexorer should be interpreted as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, transfer, hold, or otherwise use any asset.
2. Data Sources and Limitations
Cexorer relies on external data sources, including exchange interfaces, public materials, technical integrations, and internal normalization, matching, moderation, and analytics workflows.
By using the service, you acknowledge that external sources may publish incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or outdated information, revise data retroactively, limit access to APIs, or change response formats, identifiers, asset names, and network labels without notice.
- deposit and withdrawal statuses may be delayed compared with the actual state on the exchange side;
- the same asset may differ by ticker, network, contract, or internal exchange identifier;
- event history, charts, and calculated values may be revised, updated, or removed as sources and internal models change.
Cexorer does not guarantee that any data made available through the service is complete, error-free, final, or fit for your specific purpose.
3. Alerts and Forecasts
Email and Telegram alerts are provided as a convenience feature. Cexorer does not guarantee delivery, timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted operation of alerts. Delivery may be affected by mail providers, Telegram, anti-spam filters, device settings, queues, and other factors outside the service’s control.
Where a plan includes reopen forecasts or probability-based estimates, those outputs are statistical and informational only. They are not a promise of outcome, a guaranteed timeline, or a commitment that any deposit, withdrawal, network, or asset state will change in the expected way.
4. No Investment or Professional Advice
Cexorer content is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions relating to transfers, trades, arbitrage, custody, exchange selection, network selection, and execution timing.
Before taking any material action, you should independently verify the relevant conditions directly in the interface of the applicable exchange, network, wallet, or payment provider.
5. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted, Cexorer disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, continuous availability, accuracy, timeliness, absence of errors, absence of harmful components, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Planned or unplanned downtime, degraded performance, delayed updates, missed events, temporary divergence from the actual exchange state, or temporary unavailability of specific features do not by themselves constitute a breach by Cexorer.
Cexorer may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including for maintenance, updates, security measures, provider changes, bug fixes, or infrastructure support.
6. Accounts and Security
Certain features may require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
You are responsible for actions taken through your account until Cexorer has objectively received and processed notice that access has been compromised.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- use the service in violation of applicable law;
- interfere with the service, circumvent restrictions, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or create excessive load;
- extract, copy, aggregate, resell, or repackage service data for commercial use without written permission;
- use automated access methods unless expressly permitted;
- misrepresent any affiliation with Cexorer or the origin of the data.
Cexorer may limit or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is reasonably suspected, or if such action is needed to protect the infrastructure, users, or third parties.
8. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payment
Certain features are available only under paid plans. The scope of features, limits, subscription periods, and prices are defined on the pricing page and in the checkout interface at the time of purchase.
Under the current Cexorer model, subscriptions are sold for a fixed paid term. Automatic charges and automatic renewal are not currently used; renewal requires a new checkout.
Paid access is activated only after payment is confirmed and the subscription is successfully applied within Cexorer. Creating an invoice, receiving a wallet address, or sending a transaction does not by itself mean immediate activation.
You are responsible for verifying the selected plan, term, destination address, payment network, amount due, and any other payment parameters. If the interface requires a sender address for reliable payment matching, you must provide it before sending funds.
- mistakes involving the network, address, amount, or required payment details remain your responsibility;
- crypto payments and blockchain transfers may be irreversible;
- confirmation delays, routing issues, blocked payments, failed matching, or lost transactions may depend on the user, the blockchain network, the wallet, the exchange, or the payment provider.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, paid subscription periods are generally non-refundable once activated. Before activation, Cexorer may review a disputed payment at its discretion, but is not required to issue a refund where payment instructions were not followed or the transaction cannot be reliably identified.
9. Changes to Functionality and Access
Cexorer may temporarily restrict or terminate access to the service in whole or in part if these Terms are violated, to protect the infrastructure, to comply with provider requirements, or for other technical or operational reasons.
If a feature, data source, integration, or analytics module becomes unavailable for reasons outside Cexorer’s control, that alone does not create any right to demand continued availability of that feature in its previous form.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the codebase, data structure, interfaces, visual materials, texts, compilation, and organization of service data belong to Cexorer or are used on a lawful basis.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its ordinary intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, Cexorer is not liable for trading, investment, operational, or other decisions made by the user, or for losses resulting from:
- unavailability of an exchange, blockchain, payment provider, wallet, Telegram, email provider, or other third party;
- differences between Cexorer data and the actual status on the exchange or network side;
- missing, delayed, undelivered, or duplicated alerts;
- inaccurate or unsuccessful forecasts and calculated outputs;
- user mistakes in selecting an asset, network, address, transfer route, or transaction parameters.
Cexorer is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, Cexorer’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
Cexorer may update these Terms from time to time. A new version becomes effective once published on the site unless a different effective date is expressly stated. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
