  • providing access to service features, including paid features;
  • delivering alerts by email and Telegram;

3. Data We Do Not Request

Cexorer does not request private keys, seed phrases, or passwords for third-party exchanges and wallets. Users should not send such data to support or through any channel outside the intended interface.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Some data may be shared with third-party providers where necessary to deliver the service. These categories include:

Cexorer does not sell account data as a standalone product. Data may nevertheless be disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect rights, maintain security, investigate abuse, or comply with binding legal obligations.

5. Cookies, Sessions, and Technical Storage

Cexorer uses cookies, session data, and technical tokens needed for sign-in, CSRF protection, session continuity, interface behavior, and security.

If those mechanisms are disabled in the browser, some parts of the site may not function correctly or may become unavailable.

6. Retention

Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support accounts, honor paid subscriptions, deliver alerts, resolve disputes, investigate incidents, and satisfy security needs.

Certain logs, technical records, and payment-related data may be retained longer than ordinary settings data where needed for service protection, diagnostics, fraud prevention, or payment verification.

7. Security

Cexorer uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. At the same time, no internet transmission and no server infrastructure can be considered absolutely secure.

Users remain responsible for the security of their own email account, password, device, Telegram account, and any other external service they use together with Cexorer.

  • update profile data where the interface allows it;
  • modify or delete alert rules;
  • unlink Telegram from the account;
  • stop using the service and request account deletion through available profile controls or support.

Some data may still be retained after account deletion where necessary to support past payment operations, investigate misuse, protect the service, or comply with binding legal obligations.

9. Changes to This Policy

Cexorer may update this Policy as the service evolves, including when product features, payment flows, alert channels, or infrastructure change. A revised version applies from the time it is published on the site unless a different effective date is stated.
